Terms and conditions

These Terms and conditions set out how, when and where the service is provided, the payment methods and delivery. They are part of the Terms of Service (public offer) of Adminka Connect, provided by PE Klimovych Anastasiia (individual entrepreneur).

What we provide

Adminka Connect is an online service (subscription software): every night we read the data in your CRM (KeepinCRM, KeyCRM or Pipedrive) and make it available in Google Data Studio. There are no physical goods.

Delivery and where we operate

  • The service is delivered online: there is no physical delivery and no delivery services are used.
  • It is available in any city and country where Google Data Studio and your CRM work, except Russia, Belarus and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
  • It is for businesses only: legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (see the Terms).

How and when the service is provided

  1. Request or sign-up. You leave a request on the site (or sign up yourself once that is available). We usually get back to you within one business day.
  2. Connecting your CRM. You provide your CRM's API key. Access opens as soon as the key is verified, and the 14-day free trial starts.
  3. The first sync takes from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your history. After that, data refreshes every night.
  4. Subscription. To keep using the service after the trial, subscribe. Access continues immediately after a successful payment and lasts for the paid period (one month). Card subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Payment methods

  • Visa or Mastercard bank card through the WayForPay payment service. WayForPay processes the card data — we never receive or store it. After payment WayForPay emails you a receipt.
  • Bank transfer to our account against an invoice (for companies that prefer it).

The price is listed on the Pricing page in US dollars; you pay in Ukrainian hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the payment day. We are not registered for VAT.
