Refunds & cancellation

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Adminka Connect, provided by PE Klimovych Anastasiia (individual entrepreneur).

Free trial

The first 14 days are free and require no payment card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; access simply stops unless you subscribe.

How billing works

  • The subscription is paid monthly in advance.
  • By card through WayForPay: the charge repeats automatically every month until you cancel. WayForPay notifies you before each charge.
  • By bank transfer: we issue an invoice for each period (or for several months at once, if you prefer).

Cancelling

  • Cancel at any time in your account, or write to info@adminka.pro from your account email.
  • Cancellation stops future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • Your data is deleted within 30 days after access ends (see the Terms).

Refunds

Payments for periods that have started are not refundable, except:

  1. Duplicate or erroneous charges — refunded in full.
  2. The Service did not work through our fault for more than 3 consecutive days in a paid period — refunded pro rata for the days it did not work, on request.
  3. We end the agreement for reasons other than your breach — the unused prepaid part is refunded pro rata.

To request a refund, write to info@adminka.pro with your account email and the payment date. We reply within 5 business days. Card refunds go back to the same card through WayForPay; depending on your bank, the money arrives within up to 30 days. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the account they came from.

Cancelling a transaction

If a payment was made by mistake, twice or without your authorisation, email info@adminka.pro right away with your account email, the payment date and amount. We will cancel the transaction through WayForPay: if it has not settled yet, the funds are released on your card; if it has, we refund it in full as described above. You can also contact the bank that issued your card.
